Hospitality House is a place of rest, sustenance and dignity for the homeless, helping them to move toward independence. St Patrick with Trinity and Unity Churches feed up to 80 guests at Utah's Place on Sunday nights.
Coordinated entirely by volunteers, food supplements are provided each week to needy families in western Nevada County along with other community churches.
The store is operated by volunteers to serve the needs of the local community. Net earnings go to the support of Mt. St. Mary Academy. We are open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 am-4:00 pm. Volunteers are needed to help at the store with sales, receiving of goods, and other supportive activities. An annual garage sale is held for larger items of furniture, appliances, etc.
Please call 273-2843.
We assist those who are incarcerated. We help them by fostering a spiritual relationship with God through scripture, prayer, and group discussion using the teachings and morals of Jesus Christ. "When I was in prison you visited me" (Matthew 25:36)
